2 \u2013 Echternach Gospels (ca. 690 AD, Lindisfarne) in National Library Paris (Luke 1: 1-7)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 \u2013 Lichfield Gospels (8th<\/sup> century. Lichfield?) in Lichfield Cathedral Library (Matthew 5.45 \u2013 6.4)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The BSG now breaks for the summer, although we’ll be in the field in August, sectioning an earthwork to get an OSL date for its construction, somewhere in Central Northumberland.<\/p>\n
