The detailed digital survey of the graveyard at Cooley is now complete, thanks to the efforts of the BSG and the Cooley Graveyard Committee, particularly Brian Lafferty and Martin Hopkins, without who it could not have been completed. Kristine Whaley heroically stepped in in 2015 to complete the Total Station Theodolite work with various group members supporting in generally unpleasant conditions. We hope that the results speak for themselves. All the material has been passed to the National Monuments Record for inclusion on its online database.
The aim for 2016 is to conduct evaluative excavations at the site, subject to all due permissions.
